Beginners yoga is an ongoing class available on a walk-in basis to all brand new students. The main philosophy of yoga is simple: mind, body and spirit are all one and cannot be clearly separated.

The essence of yoga is breathing, feeling, tuning in, and letting go. The benefits of yoga are decreasing stress, calming the mind, opening the body and lifting the spirit. In this class students learn basic postures, simple breathing and relaxation techniques for better body-mind awareness and stress management.
